The Plan

Initial Progress
I began by powering off my smartphone. I placed it carefully in a drawer to symbolize a departure from digital demands. A book was chosen as the primary source of entertainment. It was a promising start, with tea prepared and a comfortable chair selected. Initially, there was calm.
The Adjustment
